For the 2009 season we have done several minor improvements inside and outside the house. The most important of them is that we have completely renewed the bigger bathroom. Now, both bathrooms are new and stylish.

2022-2023 Prices
We rent our S'Hort des Baladres villa primarily by weeks, specially in summer. We also prefer to rent it from sunday-to-sunday, because this is the way it is rented by our international partners.
In the prices below you will see the complete cost for the house, taxes and all its services included, for up to 6 people (adults and children not sleeping in a craddle). Cleaning and clothes changing are also included.
2022 & 2023 prices
Low season: From January 1st to May 31st and from October 15th to December 31st
· 1.700 Euros per complete week
· 280 euros per single day (in less than 7 days stays)
Mid season: From June 1st to July 15th, from September 1st to October 15th and Christmas & Easter Periods
· 2.100 Euros per complete week
· 350 euros per single day (in less than 7 days stays)
High season: From July 15th to August 31st
· 2.850 Euros per complete week
· 475 euros per single day (in less than 7 days stays)

- We have a suppletory bed that can be added to reach a seventh place. This seventh place will raise in a 10% the total price of your stay.
